QBO is a physical product manufactured and shipped by ALNAS LLC. This page explains how shipping works and how returns and refunds are handled.

How orders are placed

QBO is offered through our Kickstarter campaign. Orders are placed as pledges on Kickstarter; this website presents the product and links to the campaign. Final details, shipping selection, and payment are completed on Kickstarter and in the post-campaign pledge manager.

Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated per destination region and shown before you confirm your pledge.
  • QBO is manufactured after the campaign ends, so delivery dates are estimates. The current estimated delivery window is shown on the campaign, and we post updates if timelines change.
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. Unless stated otherwise, these are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address before fulfillment begins.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your QBO arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund of the affected item at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations & refunds

  • Before fulfillment, pledges can be changed or cancelled on Kickstarter according to Kickstarter's terms and our campaign updates.
  • After an order has shipped, refunds are limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described above.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
